CADViewer JS: Handlers are added to SVG file so Text objects responds with highlight and Layer Name to mouse over, mouse click, etc.
Note: Set method cvjs_addSVGClickHandler_onLoad(true); add cvjs_storeFillColors() in OnLoadEnd(), then add content to the handlers: cvjs_SVGfileObject_myhandler()
