CADViewer JS: Create Space Objects.

Note 1:Create the hotspots using the interface. Use "Toggle Space Object Display and Edit Mode" to open modal to edit Space ID and to save Space Objects. Saved Space Objects are placed in folder defined by cvjs_setSpaceObjectsAbsolutePath() in the file: space_FileName.js
Note 2:For user display, load the drawing FileName, then load the Space Objects using: cvjs_setSpaceObjectUrl() and cvjs_loadSpaceObjects()
